These are from a card that I created when I heard that Wayne Static died. (still heartbroken)

This is the first serious work I have done in a little while now. I lost my motivation but I think it is finally starting to come back

5 hours in graphite and black/white paint (no matting)

    I absolutely love portrait work.

I really am bowled over by your talents! Your portraits are fantastic. I love all the Adams family cards and the portrait of the man with the beard is stunning. I find facial hair daunting!

Thank you so much! I love doing portraits. The more detailed, the better lol. Facial hair is definitely a bit of a task, but the end result kind of makes me step back and say "holy shiznit, I did that!"

Some portraits I have done this week. Custom trades with a lady on Facebook.
I haven't seen what I will be getting in return yet, though.

    I admire your portrait talent..
Never give up on a dream, because of the time it is taking to accomplish it.. The time will pass anyways.

    Thank you
I really enjoy doing portraits the most.

Which is really strange, actually lol. When I was younger, I would never put the faces on the people I drew because I had it in my mind that they never turned out good. I just couldn't grasp it. Then a couple of years ago, I realized it wasn't the faces that were bad, but the rest of the drawing. haha!

These are some of the cards I did for sketchfest this month. I only took about 15-30 minutes on each card; except the one with the cracks. That one only to about 2 minutes lol

This is a digital project I have been working on for a little while now. I am still a novice with digital art.

I tried something a little different. I needed a small break from doing cards, so I did pushed my focus onto something else.

I have played with Fimo clay before, but nothing like this. I created a bust and a coffin about 8 years ago and that was the last I touched it.

I saw it in a store here so I figured I would try it again. Just for informational purposes, that Fimo Effect is HELL on the hands. It takes forever to get it the right consistency and then it gets hard again really fast. You really have to work at it.

I am overall pretty happy with him. He is going to go to my mother's house for Christmas, though

Love the owl and cat cards especially! And that little dragon guy is too cute! I have thought about getting some clay stuff but I don't have room. And I don't have enough time for what I already have.
