Another Netsuke card I have been holding onto. I wasn't sure if it was good enough to upload (it looks a bit stiff) but I do think he is cute so I decided to go for it.
Watercolors on D'Arches 140lb cold press.
This is a rendition of an actually carving I saw online.
(Netsukes are small Japanese carvings usually made from ivory not more than an inch and half or two.)
