Everything at once!!!


I love May, it is my fave month of the year... but this year I just want it to be over! HOLY! I'm excited to have all these things under my belt, not so much of the stress involved in actually doing them... heh...



Next week it my official book launch ceremony thing for my latest two books. It'll be GREAT if I can just get everything planned and my speech written and memorized and my interview with the local newspaper done and if the BOOKS WOULD ARRIVE! Holy crap.. I haven't even seen them in person yet.. I sure hope they turned out...

Tonight I spent the evening painting my place yet again... we need to get the painting all done so that the tenants can move in over May Long Weekend... which is this weekend... D'oh!! I can't wait until we're done painting there.. I want those people in there and I want to wash my hands of the upkeep for a while!!!

Next Thursday my sis is coming to visit from Germany! She'll be here all June and July! But, I have to drive all the way down to Calgary to pick her up from the airport, bleh.

Next weekend is my grandma-in-law's (is that a term?) surprise birthday party and that evening is my niece's third birthday party... I offered to make the cupcakes, cuz, having a big book launch that week and picking my sis up from the airport isn't enough to do in a week... what's the matter with me? LOL!

Tomorrow night is bible study.

This Thursday night my best friend, Codi, is coming over to discuss her new CD with me (she's a singer/musician/songwriter cuz she is awesome)... she's having me illustrate the cover~!!! So, I get a sneak peak at the music on the new album to get some idea of where I'm going to go with the style of the illustrations... wooo... but as if I have time to think about that right now... I wish I could JUST focus on one good thing at a time... lol!!!!

...and I have some 5x7 paintings to paint for my FRAMEABLE ART PAT! Way to leave them to last minute, Tlou!
