Create a Deeply Depressing Poem using the Pat Pending Goth-O-Matic Poetry Generator at this site:

then illustrate it!
There are 5 categories with a variety of possibilities for each choice.
Make 3 separate poems/cards or 1 poem and 3 illustrations, your choice.
It would be great if you print out your masterpiece and either include it with the card or put it on the back.

This is my poem - I put it here to preserve it.

"what have you wrought?
a black cloud of agony as memories darken.
once we savored wonder,
untainted and childlike,
but your desire perished.
a dark cloud of bitterness -
tears follow memory, follow night,
love forgotten.
in a storm of sorrow,
i still love you."

I think I'm too depressed, nay, make that suicidal to live long enough to spread any visceral goo on paper... but then it would only be deserving of my legacy, that parts of my gizzard be left on others' doorsteps and consciences.

It is a night of sorrow, a song of ethereal pain,
wolves vent their loneliness. The eternal one
awakes.

Wisps of death shrouds her gaunt form,
a lurking agony.

Her midnight hair cascades over
pale and delicate shoulders, and her
full blood red lips part slightly, to taste the
life streaming from the
pale flesh beneath
her.

Now a night of ecstasy,
I awaken.

Around, all around, the dark memories gather.
My dread grows as the angry hand of Heaven falls against my naked soul.
It crushes me, and darkly my
blood drips
to the cold, uncaring tombstones.
In numbness I fall limply
while Death's shadow laughs cruelly.
Now alone, my cascade of tears falls upon dead eyes.

This is my Hell

Yea, I did 3 poems. The other 2 cards are in my gallery. I'm going to print them out in an eetsy weentsy font, and put them on the card backs.

TabLynn why don't you make a card that is 5x3 1/2. fold in half to make the 2 1/2 x 31/2 and put the poem in the inside. At least thats what i intend to do.

I have finished my first card! Struggled a bit but finally got it done. I still haven't figured out exactly how I am going to incorporate the poem. I worked up my second and third poems now just to get the cards going!

It severs me, and darkly my essence drips to the barren land.
In agony I fall limply while death hovers close.
Now alone, my cascade of tears falls upon darkened eyes.
