Year End Leftovers - DUE Jan 10, 2008

[Amerasu]

This is the easiest swap you will ever join. You don't need to make any new cards!! :)

If you're like me, you probably have a bunch of leftover cards from the year that you didn't send out or didn't trade. Maybe they're not your best work or maybe you thought you'd eventually trade them. They don't have to be masterpieces and better they're traded out than sitting in the ugly box somewhere! So send them in and trade them.

Instructions

Send anywhere from 2 - 8 cards and get the same back in return.
Don't make any new cards for this swap.
Open media - hand drawn, painted, mixed media, etc. As long as they're original.
Send a mailing label, envelopes are not necessary.
Send postage if you're in Canada
Umlimited partipants



Note the DUE date is Jan 10. This is NOT a mail by date. Late cards will be returned as all you have to do is stick the cards in an envelope and mail them to me this week. No other work is necessary.

I hear ya! I have some 'good' cards, and a bunch of so-so ones. I wont' send the so-so/average work; but the GOOD ones are good enough!

This was actually a bit harder to do than I thought...as there were some that are really so bad...I can't part with them! (way too embarrassed!)

I ended up putting in mostly discarded swap cards...ie.the extras for swaps that didn't fit in with the others of the same theme.

Sorry guys, I rummaged through some older leftovers and I don't have much worth sending out. I thought I had more than I did. :skeptical: Amerasu, thank you for offering to host this, but I need to remove myself from the trading pool for this one. Oh boy... It wasn't in today's mail. Did you send in a big bulky envelope or one of those yellow bubble envies? If so, those always take much longer - up to 3 weeks - to reach me.

It's a regular envie, but it was fat with all the cards. I had it weighed at the P.O. though to make sure it had enough.... It was definitely before Christmas. Should be there anyday, hopefully....

Yeah, that's probably why it's a bit late. Canada Post doesn't deal well with anything out of the ordinary #10 envie. I'm still getting Christmas cards from Europe by the way!! Alex's family all lives there and they sent cards will before the holidays and they're still coming in.
