This will be similar to the PAT swaps only you will choose your favorite guy (man) for the others in your group to draw for you. Your favorite guy can be ANYBODY! It can be someone famous such as a model, actor or singer. Or it can be your hubby or boyfriend or significant other (whatever you call your man). You should provide photos or links to your favorite guy. Your men should be drawn or handpainted. No digital. Collage backgrounds are okay.

Your MAN does not need to be realistic, perfect, or accurate! Your art style can be Cartoonist, Cubist, Expressionist, Impressionist, Pointillist, or whatever style is YOUR style. All I ask is that you do your best.

Sign up for as many groups as you are willing to draw for. I will start off with two groups. Should there be more interest, I'll add more groups.

Great! I'm glad to get a better response to this swap. Your man can be anyone! He just has to be a male! So if you want fiction males, I think that would be good too. If you want your hubby...that would be good too.

Don't mind the odd poses in my pics. I had Alex pose for about 100 facial shots from all angles with all sorts of expressions so I had a facial chart for drawing reference. These are just a few of the shots from the chart.

I can't do this, Princessgene. i'm sorry! My efforts just totally and utterly suck (As can be seen below) and I don't want to give them in exchange for what is sure to be lovely work from everyone else. Please, is it too late to drop out? If anyone has already drawn Loki for me, I'll take them off him in a personal trade for something else - anything else, more to my abilities, as per request.

If you guys want these pitiful likenesses, let me know, and I'll toss them in with whatever package is next to be winging your way - I think I'm gonna be sending you all stuff soon anyhow, pretty much (Except Mrs Weyremaster). And no, I certainly won't be expecting anything in exchange - as I'm only gonna bin 'em otherwise.

I understand if I get negative feedback, as this is a PAT and once you sign up, you're committed. I shouldn't have signed up for this. I don't know what I was thinking. I can't draw humans, least of all likenesses, and it's stressing me out trying.

Erm, Kat, hon? I really like those...I don't think people are going for total accuracy here, and you're still capturing essence, while staying true to your distinct style of creating art. So seriously, I think they are great. If it's stressing you out I understand, but those ARE cool :D

I love it!! I'm not after absolute reality anyway. I have a bunch of family ATC sized portraits and about 10% of them are realistic - the rest are stylized or cartoon or something like that. I LOVE them all. Please don't drop out. I'd be thrilled with your portrait Kat :)

I was just thinking that I will add to the description for this swap that portraits do NOT need to be totally perfect, accurate and realistic. I've seen pretty good cartoonish caricatures of people that I think are great and you can still tell who it is. I don't want people joining this swap thinking they have to be perfect portrait painters. So I hope more of you will join in. This swap is meant to be fun!

I'll send out the cards anyway (I've already packaged the one up for Amerasu) to their individual recepients, but this way Porcelain can take my place. And I haven't done a raven king I'm happy with - sorry Eraserqueen. All i've got is a bunch of lineart that doesn't look right.

And please, noone make me a card. I want these to be gifts. If you insist on making me a Loki card, I will insist on making you something else in return, something I am more comfortable with.

PS: sorry to cause a fuss - I'm not doing this to try and make a scene or reap praise or anything, I truly do feel uncomfortable with exchanging these cards. Please allow me this! (I do not however feel uncomfortable giving them, that's a different matter entirely, you're saving them from the bin).

PSS: btw Princessgene, I need your address so I can send your chimeras (and Criss, assuming you want him?) to you. I've packaged everything up, ready to go, on the assumption Klawzie's cards won't be arriving. An extended deadline would be great, still hope to get mine posted this week, but i don't have to worry about the travelling time for them now. Managed to get some more work done on my cards last night, so 3 and half down, 4 and half to go. I'm happy with how they are goin so far.

Porcelain: I had a VERY difficult time finding a quality image to work from for your Edward Furlong card. If you have an image you like from that movie, that I can see to work from, lol, I will be happy to make you another card, because yours was the only one I felt I couldn't make look the way I wanted!

Just a quick note to all participants....just wanted to let you all know that I haven't forgotten you and will be sending out cards soon. Unfortunately, I have been ill (flu and also depressed) and haven't been able to finish my cards as I haven't felt like I can draw a straight line! But my mood has been improving these last few days and hopefully I will finish those cards today and get them in the mail later today or tomorrow morning. Again, I am really sorry for the delay. I don't like to mention my illness, but unfortunately it robs me of my creativity to the point that I feel like I can't do anything. Hopefully, I will get back to my old self and be able to continue with all the wonderful swaps I have signed up for. At this point, I am wondering if I have to drop out, but I won't do that just yet. Anyway, didn't want you all to think that I have run off with your wonderful cards (although I'd like to!) and I'm terribly sorry about it getting so late past the deadline.
