Ok, I will commit. I hope I don't mess up though! I've had an embarrassingly bad run of withdrawls this year and I'm so leary. But this is a very good theme and I want you to have enough people. Still plenty of time anyway and the summer holidays are almost over so people can get back to trading.

Thanks Amerasu! I know what you mean about having to withdraw from swaps. I've had to do the same and I always feel so bad. And then sometimes I forget to write them down and forget all about it!! I had that happen just recently thinking the swap was due in September and I actually missed the deadline! I really wanted to do that swap too. Oh well. Anyway, don't worry if you end up having to withdraw. I'll understand. That's life.

I just picked up Stephanie Pui-Mun Law's book on painting fairies and angels, so I wanted to do some atcs of elves using the techniques she recommended. This looks like a great swap to do that for :).

and mmmm...Ren Food! What a cool idea! whenever I see (or smell) roasted corn on the cob or giant turkey legs...it brings me back to those days! I was the originator and master of the art of "Gypsy Food Scams" which allowed me many free meals from patrons!

Gypsy food scams? What is that? Sounds interesting. Yes, Giant Turkey Legs are what came to my mind, but I've only been to one ren faire so I didn't know if that was common in all faires.

It's our local Renaissance faire next weekend. I'm already inspired of course since this is a cool theme but it will be fun to see what everyone is wearing this year. I think I'll dress up my daughter :)

These cards were mailed yesterday. I would LOVE to go to the local Ren Faire but it's SOOOOO expensive! A few years age we took all 3 grand-kids (we all went in costume) and it cost almost $300.00 for the day!!!!!:eek:

No I haven't received them yet. I just received Dina's cards and I also have Chronata's cards. Do you have my correct address? I noticed that Dina used my old address, but luckily I still got them. They should have been sent to the address that had an apartment number as part of the address.

I just wanted to apologize to everyone for not getting the cards swapped out before I left on my trip. I meant to get this completed before I left for my week vacation to utah on Nov 15th. But I ended up having so much to do to get things ready that I didn't have time to do this. I won't be back home until November 24th. So more than likely I won't be sending them out until the 25th. So sorry! I will go ahead and leave itraders though for everyone while I have computer access now. Thanks to everyone for participating. The cards were awesome!
